• We provide a 1-year software warranty.
• Warranty does not apply in the following cases: computer hardware failure, reinstallation/update of Windows, hardware replacement (hard drive, WiFi card, RAM, etc.) causing license loss, unauthorized removal or installation of conflicting software, incorrect computer information, or any misuse.

Repair Manuals/Documents:

Tuning File Services:

• If the provided file does not match the description or causes issues with the vehicle, warranty claims will only be accepted if the customer provides full evidence of the vehicle’s condition before and after using our file.
